For this mission, you have to head outside the City Hall/ Civic Center in Central San Francisco to meet up with Sitara first. Once done, drive Wrench to the marked location. From there, use the ladders and objects to reach the first crane. Don’t ride on it yet; instead, run past it to reach the ctOS box. Access it to trigger a cutscene. Once done, ride the crane and use it to reach the marked building across the street. You don’t need to get off the crane; just get near enough to trigger the cutscene.

Once done, control the crane again and move the platform so you can reach the building under construction. Make your way to the lift but you can’t use it immediately since it is locked down. There are two CCTs but the one connected to the gate is optional; the one you want is on the upper floor. To the left of the gate are explosive barrels behind a plywood sheet. You can detonate these by placing an ESD or explosive charge nearby. Once detonated, you can have your jumper go around the corridor and bypass the gate. Now use the pile of wooden boards to reach the upper floor and reach the CCT there.

This will activate the lift nearby. Use it to reach the roof where the second crane awaits. Unlock the control via the CCT in the open and activate it. Make sure you’re not sitting directly underneath the crane’s platform or you’ll get killed and you have to repeat the steps again. Use the crane to reach the senator’s penthouse headquarters.

The area’s obviously restricted so the safest place you can be right now is in the platform. Like before, if your drones are capable of dropping ESDs and explosives, then you don’t need to much. Either way, it is recommended to scout with your quadcopter and by remotely accessing the security cameras inside. There are a lot of proximity trigger objects in the area so use that to your advantage. To start off, find the guard that has the access key and hack it from him.

You have to physically retrieve the evidence from the marked console so make sure to deal with the armed guards first before going in yourself. There’s a sky view window that you can remotely open near the helipad so you can use that to get inside quickly. The download will take a while so you have to stay within the vicinity while downloading. If you’re able to wipe out all the security detail, then you just need to simply wait for the download to finish without hiding. If there are guards remaining, they’ll start looking for you actively while the download is in progress. If that happens, you can simply go back to the crane where you jumped off, raise it enough to avoid enemy detection, and stay there until the download is complete.

Once the download is completed, you still have to leave the mission area. You can either use the zipline prepared by Wrench or go down using the cranes you used to climb the building. After reaching the ground, you need to get out of the mission area to complete the mission.
