This mission becomes available after completing the preceding side operation “Whistleblower”. Head to the Gates Houseboats in Marin to locate the jammer. Deploy your quadcopter and use NetHack view to find the jammer installed on a telephone pole near the street. Once done, wait for Wrench to mark the next location and head there. The area is not restricted so you can hack the junction box yourself. Transfer your view to the laptop camera then hack the answering machine to play the stored messages in it. Once done, the objective is complete.

You have to find two of Mikkelsen’s targets and hack their phones to update your objective. Use your drones to easily get into position to eavesdrop on their conversations. Once done, a new target will be marked in Vista Point. You can conveniently fast-travel there and find the target right beside the kiosk/ fast-travel marker. Hacking to this target’s phone will complete the objective. Completing both objectives will net you a total of 14000 followers.

You need to head to the marked location to wipe out Mikkelsen’s family records. The location is a small restricted area with Sons of Ragnarok guarding it. You may also find a money bag and research point that you can pick up here. You don’t need to engage them since you can simply hack the laptop using your quadcopter from a distance. Successfully hacking the laptop will complete the mission. This will also unlock the succeeding side operation “Primary Target”.
