Next, head to the location in northern Oakland near the Starter Oil Co depot. The antenna you have to plant the transceiver on is not guarded but you still need to complete a network bypass. Refer to the video below for the solution.

Triangulation

After completing the network bypass, you’ll be able to see through the security cam where Wrench is being interrogated by the FBI. Keep switching cameras until you get an option to interact with the phone and his mask. You don’t have any choice but to go along with the questioning. Once it is done, you’ll have to infiltrate the FBI hideout in 16th Street Station as marked in the map.

The area has laser tripmines that will automatically trigger an alert and call in reinforcements. The place is guarded by heavily armed and armored personnel so going in with guns blazing or getting spotted will be a very bad idea. There will be multiple points of entry and different kind of approach to try but for easier instructions, we’ll be featuring the infiltration method from the front gate of the building using the trusty drones right at the edge of the restricted area. Like before, use your quadcopter to survey the area and to tag the guards around the complex.

The front door has a motion sensor as well you can’t go through there directly. The guard with the access key is found in the main hall of the building, within an oval counter. Wrench’s mask is located on that counter, near the server rack. You can use the jumper to retrieve the mask but Marcus has to be within range of the server to download the FBI’s data. The jumper can also sneak in without triggering the laser tripwires and also allow you to hack the CCT inside when the guard is not looking. The access key is necessary to enable the server download while the CCT will allow you to open the locked access doors in the building.

If you’re following an aggressor playstyle, you should have access to the skill that will allow your drones to plant/ drop ESDs or explosives. Properly placing explosives by the front door will destroy the motion sensor and dropping explosives near the laser tripwires will also destroy them. Destroying a good portion of the laser tripwire fence will be a good opening when you make your approach later. As long as you’re outside the restricted area, you don’t have to worry about any reinforcements or retaliation. You can then deploy your jumper to enter through the vent in the corner of the building, left of the main door. From there, distract the guards and plant explosives so you can detonate them when the jumper is behind a solid cover or from a good distance. You can then have it hack the CCT.

Not to stir the hornet's nest

When you reduced the number of guards in the area, make your way inside the main building but continue moving carefully behind cover in case you miss tagging a guard or two. Fortunately, the required range to download the files from the server isn’t that small and the download speed is relatively fast so you can hide by the counter while the download is active. After completing the two objectives, carefully make your way out of the restricted area first then leave the mission area. If you ever get spotted, a chase will ensue; if that's the case, you have to lose your pursuers completely first before you can do the final task for this mission.

Breaching in

Finally head to the marked location to hand over Wrench's precious mask. After the cutscene, the mission will be complete.
