Haum Sweet Haum: The Horizontal and the Vertical

Head back to Wrench’s garage and talk to the robot to start this mission. Drive Wrench to the Sutro Tower. After reaching it, you have go to the transmitter itself to reboot the entire system. As usual, scout the perimeter with your quadcopter to tag enemies before infiltrating. The CCT is located on the rooftop so plan your approach; whether you'll want your jumper do the hacking of the CCT or you do it yourself.. You can send your jumper but it will need access to stairs to get up there whereas you can access it easily using the ladders on the side of the building. Whatever method you prefer, keep your quadcopter hovering in mid-air in case you need a spotter.

After hacking the CCT, enter the building and go to the server room. Interact with the console there to trigger the tower's restart. Once done, leave the building but don’t leave the compound yet. Follow the marker and ride the elevator to reach the top of the tower.

Once there, you have to complete the data flow again. It shouldn’t be a hard puzzle to solve but if you need help, refer to the video below. After successfully completing the data flow to all three tips of the tower, a cutscene will follow and the mission will be complete.
