Head to Thalassa Bar in Marin and examine the poster to trigger a scene. Once done, head to the marked location in the middle of some houses to find the spy vehicle. You have to get in range to start downloading the data. The best spot to do that is from the nearby balcony which you can access using a ladder There’s a porch there that you can safely hide.

Once you get in range, the data will start downloading automatically. Make sure to place some traps on the two ladders where the enemies will most likely climb and make sure to keep hidden to prevent getting overrun. The enemies will call in reinforcements so it’s better to stay behind cover and control your quadcopter to activate proximity traps, tag enemies, and drop explosives. You have to be careful not to destroy the vehicle while you’re downloading the data.

Stay put until the data download is complete. About halfway through the download, the signal will be interrupted and you’ll have to bide for more time as Wrench wrestles the control back to you. You can also buy yourself time by distracting the FBI agents looking around the area. As long as you don’t get seen, you’ll have an easier time escaping the area once the data download is complete.

Hacking the FBI

After leaving the mission area, you might still be in a cooldown so make sure to stay put and way from the road since normal police patrols can alert the FBI agents in pursuing/tracking you down. Once you completely escape FBI’s search, the mission will be complete. In addition to the next objective of this mission, a new main operation will become available as well. (Eye for an Eye)
