There are three possible spots where you can find the NPC you need to talk to to get this mission started.

• Near the tourist kiosk along the road leading to the Ferry Building.
• Inside a fastfood northeast of Transbay Center
• Inside outside the Burritos cafe, northwest of Embarcadero Center.

Talk to the marked NPC to start this mission. Next, head to the marked location to get the password from the marked ProviBlue employee. Unfortunately, this one is canned from his job so you’ll have to head to the next location to get a recent, working password. After acquiring it, the objective will be complete.

Risk Clause

Head to the marked restricted location. The terminal you need to hack needs physical contact so you can either sneak in or let your jumper do that for you. The area is quite lightly guarded so you can neutralize the guard as you see fit. Either way, after hacking the terminal, you’ll be able to see the room of the insurance company’s VP. Hack the laptop to complete this objective.

Head to the marked location in the parking lot then send your jumper to enter through the hole in the steel fence then open the vent to get inside the locked room. You can hack the terminal to unlock the access door or just simply use the jumper to interact with the cpu. Once done, the usual routes of the targets will be displayed in the map. You can tail them if you want but you can also use your vehicle hacks to mess up with them. You need to stay in range as you download their data. Take note that killing them by destroying their vehicles or forcing them on foot then running them over won’t have any effect on the mission so that’s the easiest way to download their data. After getting their info, this objective and mission will be complete.
