Meet Wrench at his garage in the southeast San Francisco area to get this mission started. After the cutscene, you have to drive to the Tidis Repair Depot. You have to gather 3 EMP parts inside the service depot. These parts are marked in the map and you can send your jumper to retrieve them instead of going in yourself. The main gates are locked by CCTs which are conveniently located beside them. If you’re planning to in yourself, then hacking them will be necessary; otherwise, interacting with them will be entirely optional.

Like before, you have to send your quadcopter to tag the hostiles outside the facility then use the security cams inside to tag the robot sentries. The access key is found on a laptop in the control room above the automated assembly line.

One of the parts is found in a trash trays outside the facility. You can send your jumper to retrieve it first; just distract the guards and move behind covers to stay hidden from the guards and sentry bots.

The second EMP part is located in the main control room above the assembly line, in the same room where the laptop containing the access key is located. To reach it using the jumper, you can use the stairs in the corner of the room then jump over the walkway to reach the control room.

The final EMP part is found in a parts bin near the end of the assembly line, behind the control room. If you’re still remotely controlling the jumper outside the restricted area, this might be out of range; however, you can retrieve it quickly before the out-of-range countdown timer runs out.

Scavenger

After collecting all parts, you now have to open the garage door for Wrench. The console you have to hack is found inside the depot’s entrance building, beside the northern gate. There’s a lone sentry bot inside and a body scanner with laser tripwires. There are two vents where you can send your jumper to move behind the sentry bot and access the console without drawing its attention.

Once done, Wrench will drop his robotic buddy and send his farewells. As a finishing touch for the mission, you have to plant the EMP on it yourself. Leave the mission area afterward to complete the objective.
