You have to vandalize Senator Thruss’ billboard in the marked location eastern San Francisco. The billboard is located way above on the roof of a six-storey building. Fortunately, there’s a crane nearby you can use. Remotely access it and use to reach the rooftop.

Once there, you have to deploy your jumper and have it enter the opening in the fence to access the CCT. Hack it to unlock the gate, allowing Marcus to go in and reach the billboard. Alternatively, you can shoot the gas tanks near the gate to trigger an explosion or use your own explosive device. Once you successful vandalize Thruss’s billboard, the mission will be complete.
