You need to talk to one of the three marked NPCs in the map. You have to hack their phones to eavesdrop on their conversation.

• Along the street, by the alley beside an auto-repair shop, between the Woodland and Elmhurst districts.
• Under an information board east of the Blume Arena.
• By the barrier gates of Alameda Creek apartments in south Oakland.

Under the Hood

This is quite an easy task. Find the marked ctOS on the side of a bridge then hack it remotely. This will complete this objective and launch the next one.

Boxing Day

+14000

For this objective, you have to track down and hack all four marked ctOS boxes in the neighborhood. Be careful not to agitate the gang members here since almost everyone will shoot at you. You can remotely hack the ctOS boxes with your quadcopter. Otherwise, you’ll have to infiltrate some of the restricted areas or send your jumper to hack these boxes for you.

ctOS Box 1

The nearest ctOS box from the last objective is just north of you. The junction box is locked so you have to activate the nearby router first to perform a network bypass to complete the data flow to the junction box. This puzzle is very easy so no special instructions is needed. After completing the network bypass, hack the junction box.

ctOS Box 2

This is located inside a restricted gang area. You can get rid of the hostiles via explosive/ESD drop from your quadcopter or stealth kills. There are hostiles on the roof as well so you only have to deal with the one on the ground if you want to do the infiltration yourself.

ctOS Box 3

This is found on the roof of the gang hideout which you can easily hack remotely using your quadcopter. However, you’ll have to physically hack a CCT in the same compound first. There’s only one guard and two dogs but they have the capability to call in reinforcements if you’re detected. This will be a lot easier with your quadcopter since you can just set up the activated traps from the air without the risk of getting detected yourself. You can deploy your jumper to interact with the CCT if you want; otherwise, you can neutralize the hostiles yourself then have the quadcopter hack the ctOS box from the air once it is unlocked.

ctOS Box 4

The last ctOS box is located of an electric pylon and requires you to complete another easily solved network bypass puzzle before you can unlock the junction box. Use your quadcopter to rotate the nodes since you’ll have a better view from the air. Once done, the ctOS box will be unlocked and you’ll be able to hack it to complete the objective and the whole mission.
