After making a call to Miranda, drive to the beach near the New Dawn facility to meet up with her. After talking to her, you should need inside the restricted compound. When you’re right outside the restricted area, deploy your quadcopter and scout the enemies inside. The compound has a lot of objects where you can hide for infiltrating but it's always a good option to have your quadcopter drop ESD and IEDs from the air as well as activating lethal and non-lethal proximity traps to lessen the number of guards who might spot you. This type of approach keeps you safe from detection and also makes the mission a bit easier by eliminating the guards without your direct contact.

First of all, you have to find one of the two sources of the access key that will allow you to remotely open locked doors and gates.
