Data Breach

These missions require players to infiltrate a restricted area in order to download the important files from the marked data source. The download will take a while and you have to stay within the limited space around the server / data source until the download is complete. The progress will be halted if you stray too far but the progress will just be paused, not reset. When the download is triggered, any remaining forces will be alerted with the occasional appearance of reinforcements. Because of this, it’s always a good idea to start the download from a secured location near the data source, like a ledge or while behind cover. Having the ability to drop proximity ESDs or explosives from your quadcopter will help a lot, especially in securing bottlenecks, stairs, walkways, and ladders that may compromise your position.

Shipment Destruction

This mission type requires you to destroy the marked shipments, be it crates or vehicles. There is a variety of ways to achieve this goal; you can use ESDs (they’re powerful enough to destroy wooden crates or ignite nearby volatile containers), explosives, using the environment (gas pipes, junction boxes), shooting them, etc.

Prisoner Rescue

The objective of this operation is to locate the prisoner and personally go to him to release him. Fortunately, you don’t have to escort the prisoner until he makes it out of the compound; as long as you’re able to free him, even if the prisoner dies on the way out of the compound, you can still complete the mission by successfully leaving the mission area. This operation usually requires scouting using the security cameras or your drones. After finding the prisoner, you have to ensure that you hack any CCTs and place traps around possible enemy entry points. It’s also possible to clear the entire place up before deciding to release the prisoner.
