To get this mission started, you have to complete the side operations “Infected Bytes” and “Stolen Signals” in any order.

This side operation will only become available after completing the preceding side operation “Stolen Signals”. You have two destinations to check; one is the whistleblower’s home and the other one is his bank. First, head to the bank’s location near Oakland City Hall. There’s a climbax scissor lift that you can control a short distance away to the southeast.

You can then send your jumper to control that lift and ride it to reach the ctOS junction box. After hacking it successfully, you’ll be inside the bank’s office. Transfer the camera view on the other PC so you can view the highlighted cpu and hack it.

Once done, you need to head to the whistleblower’s house next. Head to the apartment building then go to the southeastern side to find a window washing lift. Lower it down however it won’t reach ground level. Find the scissor lift nearby then remotely control it so you can position it near the window washing lift. Now use it yourself or send your jumper to reach the ctOS junction box on the rooftop. When you’re already viewing inside the apartment, take control of the camera in the bookshelf so you can hack the laptop on the countertop to complete the objective.

Head to the marked location and hack the highlighted ctOS junction box. There are no obstacles or hostiles worry about so just drive to the marked spot and hack the ctOS box. Once you’re in a surveillance camera, hack his phone first, then his laptop, then his phone again to convince him to back down. Shortly after, you’ll receive a text message from HaDock. The mission will be complete as well.
