Head to the beach north of the Palace of Fine Arts then hack to the marked external speaker. Next, head to Fort Point to search for the source of the 52hz signal. It is inside a secured room with an access door. If you have hacked the CCT in the fort before getting this side operation, then you can just simply walk in the room and interact with the PC.

The room will be locked afterward so find the security router and perform a network bypass to unlock the door. Refer to the video below to learn how to complete the bypass.

Next, leave the room and locate the signal relay on the rooftop of the fort. You can deploy your quadcopter to look for it. Enter NetHack view and head towards the bridge support to find the first relay. After finding the first relay, the following relays will be marked in the your map as long as you’re in NetHack view. Leave the fort and get a vehicle to trace the remaining signal relays. You’ll need the quadcopter to reach and hack the relays and you also need to be in NetHack view to find the other relays. After finding the last relay in the cemetery, the objective will be complete.

Find the ctOS box in the building where the last relay is found then hack it. Once you have the view inside the server room, enter NetHack view to find the hidden camera and transfer your view there so you can hack the marked server. Once done, mission complete.
