This is a very straightforward mission; just pick up the client and drive him to his destination as fast as you can. Bringing a particularly fast car with good handling (like the default Zusume R sports sedan) should be enough. Having the engine override hack will make your travel faster as well.
This passenger requires you to cruise around town so you can get a stable vehicle like trucks or standard vehicles. You can still use sportscars but you have to ease up on the throttle and maintain “leisure cruise” speed. You just need to maintain a moderate speed to cruise around town while following the GPS tracker. As long as you don’t go too fast or too slow, you’ll be able to get a 5-star ranking from your weed-smoking client.
This mission is only available at night. You’ll just be driving so you can bring any vehicle to the spot and accept the mission. Once the mission starts, you have to drive the delivery van your client provided and drive it intact to the destination. You don’t have to be too fast since the truck itself has terrible handling. Your 5-star rating will mainly depend on how you avoid collisions and unnecessary accidents while delivering the cargo fast and safe.
Pick up the client and drop him off in the Oakland port. During the trip, he’ll be grumbling about the DSF’s success and how old-school taxis are slowly getting phased out of the competition. While this should give you a hint about what’s going on this passenger’s mind, you’ll get your confirmation after dropping him off in the port of Oakland with a surprising amount of people waiting in the drop off point. As soon as the ambush starts, reverse as fast as you can then escape the pursuers. After clearing up the heat, the mission will be complete but you’ll get a 1-star rating. Don’t fret however since this is your fixed rating out of your client’s spite no matter how good you drove prior to the ambush.
You have to complete “Just Making a Living” for this mission to become available.
Your passenger, Ian, is a DSF drive like you but he fell victim to the thuggish taxi drivers you’ve run into earlier. He will tell you to drive him to the location where his stolen vehicle is supposedly located. Keep following the GPS as it will take two “wrong” locations before reaching the third location in a parking lot where his vehicle is found. After a brief moment, his rigged vehicle explodes and you’ll be pursued by the police.
You must lose the cops and after clearing the heat, you have to drop him off again on the marked location. The faster you lose the cops and the faster you drop him off should be enough to get a 5-star rating. Otherwise, you’ll normally get a 3-star instead.
