This is found in a gang-controlled area under the Golden Gate Bridge. It’s hidden inside the scaffolding which will require you to climb over the crates to reach the top opening of the scaffolding. You can do it yourself or have your jumper do it for you, though your jumper may need the Speed Boost upgrade to jump over the gap and Enhanced Springs upgrade to reach the top of the scaffolding. If you don’t have access to those upgrades for your jumper yet, you can clear out the enemies to make things a lot easier.

Now find the dirt ramp in the other side of the compound. You can use a motorcycle to go up the ramp and land on the container van with another wooden ramp that can take you to the next wooden catwalk connected to the scaffolding. After landing on the walkway, you should be able to climb over the objects to reach the top of the scaffolding to reach the case containing the key data.

Kirby Cove: Steady Hands

The case containing the key data is located inside a bunker turned tourist attraction near the bay. The area around the bunker is not restricted however the interior of the bunker has been taken over by gang members. The data case is located at ground level but you have to deal with the gang members inside as well as their guard dogs. You can hack the security cameras inside the bunker and activate the proximity objects there; otherwise, you have to move your jumper in with proper timing to get to the case and interact with it. You don’t need to pick up the case yourself; your jumper just needs to pick it up without you exposing yourself to the hostiles.

The Gates Houseboats: Massive System Crash

This is located on the roof of the garage adjacent to the Torque Clothing Shop. Find the forklift at the side of the garage. Don’t ride the forklift yet; instead, find a stack of boxes near the forklift and sit on there. Remotely control the forklift and have it lower its platform so it can slide under the stack of boxes you’re sitting on. Now lift the box while you’re on top and position it closely to the ledge of the roof, enough for your jumper to jump on.

The key data isn’t stored in a physical container but on a router behind a locked vent door. There’s a CCT connected to the vent so send your jumper through the crack on the wall to hack it then open the vent to access the key data.
