Game Modes

Within Pokken Tournament are a myriad of game modes, five to be exact, that can be selected from when on the mapp of the Ferrum Region. Each Game Mode is its own separate entity from the rest, and is loaded with tons of Gameplay.

Five Game Modes Of Pokken:

Ferrum Mode: Is the main Game Mode of Pokken, and where the bulk of Gameplay is found. In this selection, there are various Leagues that the player can challenge that eventually lead to separate touraments and even more leagues. This is also where the storyline of Shadow Mewtwo will be played.

Single Player Mode: This is a Single Player Mode - like the Ferrum League Mode - but is simply a one-on-one battle versus the CPU. There is even an Extra Battle Feature in this mode that follow a different set of battling rules.

Online Mode: A Game Mode that can play with up to two players, and is separated by Friendly Battles or Ranked Battles. Friendly Battles are done with your friends, while Ranked Battles have stipulations on earning Rank Points.

Local Play: Another Mode that can be played with up to two players, and is basically a friendly match with someone you know near. These matches can be done with a Wii U Pad for one player and another Controller and Television for the other player, but cuts the Frame Rate is halved. You can also do a LAN Battle to keep the Frame Rate from being lowered.

Practice: This Mode lets you build your Pokken Skills. You can practice in a Tutorial, Free Training, Action Dojo, or Combat Dojo.

My Town: This mode is mainly used to customize your Avatar. You can also obtain your Battle Code and adjust your Pokemon, NaviTrainer, and Option Settings here.
