In Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, there are different activities that you can do in the farm which includes growing Crops, raising Animals, clearing the land, and more. One of the activities that you can do in your farm is Mining which can be done in three locations of your farm.

Mining lets you use the Hammer in order to smash rocks, and you can use the Hoe to dig up sparkling locations. In this page, we’ll check the different materials that you can get from the mines. Let’s see what available items you can get.


Raw Materials from Rocks List

Some items needed for Crafting are raw materials, and they can be acquired through mines. There are a lot of rocks, boulders, and different deposits that you can find on the mines. With the Hammer tool, you can smash them and get materials.

Gem Materials from Deposits List

As you unlock more mines and improve your Mining Skill, you’ll be able to get more materials such as gems. The Jewel Maker is an item that you can Craft once you reach level 6 in Mining. Similar to Lumber Makers, you can process gems and get materials from there. The list below shows the different gem materials you can get.

Raw Materials from Ore Veins List

Descending down the mines will let you encounter Ore Veins. These are cracks on the wall that you can hit with the Hammer, and you’ll be able to get materials after striking them down. Veins will appear on every floor of 10 in the mines, and you can get specific materials from them. The list below shows the different materials you can get from Ore Veins.

Raw Materials from Sparkling Locations List

Descending down the mines will let you sparkling locations on the ground. These are locations where you can use the Hoe tool in order to get materials. Sparkling locations will appear on even floors except for every floor of 10 in the mines, and you can get specific materials from them. The list below shows the different materials you can get from Sparkling Locations.
