How to get the Hoe

One of the tools that will be provided to you on your second day is the Hoe. This will be included in your tool bag similar to your first tools. You can bring out this tool from the tool bag and place it on your inventory when necessary. This way, you’ll be able to make the most out of your inventory and save space.

Hoe Functions

So, what is the Hoe used for in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town? Aside from clearing the weeds in order to prepare for Crops, you’ll need some tilled soil in order for seeds to grow. The Hoe is used for this where you’ll hit the ground to make it suitable for plant growth.

Aside from tilling, the Hoe can also be used whenever you’re in the mines. There can be glittering objects you’ll find on the ground that will need to be unearthed, therefore, you must have your Hoe ready for use. Once you have better Hoe upgrades, you’ll be able to increase the number of soil you can till which will help speed up your progress in your farm.
