After completing The Hundred Hands of Chaos, you can now head back to Sodosopa. On top of this main quest, you can also trigger the sidequest “For Nippopolis” by using Fartkour to reach the rooftop beside the main building. Follow the sidequest link for more details about it. There’s also a fast-travel point near this area (Homeless Camp) so make sure to activate it for your convenience later on.
To trigger this quest, destroy the signboard blocking the stairs leading to the second floor of the establishment formerly called as “Steed”. This is behind the red car wreck in front of the vicinity. Take the stairs to the second floor to trigger a cutscene.
You’ll be facing a hired group of “city ninjas”. Before assassinating you, the lead ninja will give you the option to pay $5000 to cancel the assassination order. Since you won’t have that amount of money at this point, don’t pay and prepare for battle.
The ninjas have really low movement range but they’re capable of performing ranged attacks and inflicting bleeding to your characters. Concentrated long-ranged attacks will be essential in ensuring victory for this battle. Like before, healers/ support is necessary to keep your team afloat. Captain Diabetes will still be the best tank in the team while Human Kite can provide healing, ranged attack, and protection when necessary. After a few turns, ninja reinforcements will appear in the right side of the battlefield. Make sure no team mate will become isolated and ganged up when this happens.
In the following turn, two white-masked ninjas will appear. These can summon additional reinforcements so prioritize taking them out first before they can turn the tide of battle. Eliminate all enemies to complete the battle. You’ll receive the Scroll of 1000 Winds artifact, The Vizier (face) costume, $4.44, and 100 EXP
