Head to Crunchy’s Micro Brew in the northwest part of town to meet up with PC Principal. In this very short main quest, you’ll be allowed to select your Ethnicity, Nationality, and Skin Tone. This will improve the New Kid’s character sheet a bit. You can also change this any time you want by talking to PC Principal again. You’ll get 155 EXP for completing this task.
