You can call in four different Summons to help you in battle. You can unlock two of them automatically through the main storyline while the other needs to be unlocked by completing specific sidequests. Unfortunately, they can’t be used indefinitely since the items required to activate summons are considered as consumables and you can only get a limited number of them in-game. That said, use them only when you’re in a pinch, particularly in boss fights, especially near the end of the game. You can view the details of your summons by accessing your phone’s Character Sheet app. You can only use one Summon per battle so use them wisely.
