This sidequest can be activated at the start of the start of the game, shortly after getting your superhero identity. Simply walk towards Randy who is trying to buff up the scratches on the hood of his car. He’ll ask you to find out who’s responsible for the damage done to the vehicle.

To complete the quest, you simply need to complete the main quest “The Bowel of the Beast”. This sidequest will be completed automatically.
