The Bowels of the Beast

After escaping your house and meeting Captain Diabetes, follow him to the next part of the street where you’ll find Randy scratching the paint off the hood of his car. After Captain D confiscates Randy’s keys, he’ll engage you in battle to get his keys back. This is a good chance to learn about Captain D’s very effective close-quarters powers. Randy has a lot of health but his attacks are pretty manageable, even without a healer.

After defeating Randy, you’ll have to head over to Kyle’s house and go upstairs. Shoot the attic ladder in the far left then climb up to regroup with Captain D. Loot the containers and get one Yaoi art collectible attached to a cardboard box. To use the zipline, pull the ladder from the right side of the room and place it in front of the launch pad. Climb up to the launch pad then examine the harness to use the zipline.

Once you reach Main Street, keep walking to the left while following Captain D. Continue following him until you reach the strip club called Peppermint Hippo. Head through the front door and wait until the bouncer forces you to leave. Once you’re outside, head to the right then shoot the umbrella by the trash bin to reveal the window leading to the bathroom. Next, talk to Captain D for him to flip the payphone, creating a ramp for you to use. Go through the window to reach the bathroom. Loot the containers inside then leave the bathroom to reach the strip club’s main floor.

Once inside, start asking three strippers. Use your Inspection Mode to identify the ones you need to talk. There’s also a Gin and Tonic in the farthest left table that you can give to the DJ so you can take a selfie with him. However, you don’t need to do it yet since you’ll have to serve him a different drink. The bartender can also take a selfie with you as long as you buy his demo cd. This is something that you can also do later. After talking to the strippers, you’ll need to talk with Captain Diabetes next.

Before doing that however, you can check out the kitchen and storage room to obtain some mission items you’ll use shortly after, as well as other scraps, components, and extra cash.

• Gin and Tonic - Another glass is found behind the mini-fridge behind the counter, beside the baby
• Rat **** - Storage room. Destroy the cracked corner of the shelf to create a ramp, then use the ladder to climb the fridge and reach the sack on the other side of the room.
• Boogers n’ Cum - Light up the propane tank by shooting it, then ignite it with your ranged fart (Inspection Mode + right-click) This should bring down the jar on the top shelf.

Talk to Captain Diabetes and two drunk men will arrive and take you guys to VIP where you’ll have to complete a lap dance mini-game. Just follow the button combinations shown on the screen. Don’t press them rapidly; press them in a good rhythm.

Finish the lap dance to trigger a battle against the VIP guests. Focus your attacks on one of them if you can. Make sure to consume healing items if needed. Captain D should be able to tank the damage quite well especially if your character is a ranged/support type.

After the battle, you’ll have to mix a custom drink to force the DJ out of his booth. If you already gathered the materials earlier, you just need to open your crafting menu and create the mission item “DJ Special”. Give it one last shot of anal fume then deliver it to the DJ.

After Captain D takes over the booth and calls out Classi, chase after her backstage and to the dressing room, where you’ll have to fight through her stripper friends. In this battle, you have to keep pushing to the right by using charging attacks with knockbacks. You have to get as much distance as possible from the starting point as you’ll discover shortly after.

Once you reached Classi for the second time, a heavy enemy called Spontaneous Bootay will arrive. You can’t defeat her and as a special objective, you’ll have to avoid getting crushed by her massive butt cheeks. While Bootay’s movements are limited and her AoE range is only a few squares around her, she has a special action gauge in the middle of the screen that will fill up automatically, regardless of who’s taking action or not. You have to quickly decide and execute your movements before this gauge fills up or your turn will be skipped, allowing Bootay to move. With Bootay on the field, you have to keep charging to the right. You don’t need to defeat all enemies; you just need to reach the far end of the room to force Classi to run away and end the battle.

In the back alley, talk to Captain D again to trigger his diabetic rage and attempt to move the sign blocking the path. Wait for Morgan Freeman to give you a hint then press spacebar to eat the enchirito in your inventory, unlocking your first Time Fart power called the Glitch. Press T then hold A and left arrow keys to reverse time and revert “static” objects to their original state. This will bring both Captain D and the mobster back to life, clearing the path. Continue to the Italian restaurant to continue your pursuit.

Once inside, loot the containers then continue moving to the right-most side of the establishment to find the other Coon and friends. After the conversation, The Coon will become your new combat buddy. From this point of the mission, you’ll be fighting in a complete party. Head to the kitchen next.

In the kitchen, you have to go through the chef and cooks first. Ignite the gas tank beside one of the cooks with your snap n pop, then use a ranged fart to trigger an explosion, setting him aflame. Make sure to punch them to have a combat advantage. The Chef is the group’s healer, capable of healing a lot of his own and targeted ally’s HP whenever he gets the change. Try to get into position so can prioritize taking him out as soon as you can.

In your party, you have to Coon to deal good mid-range damage and bleeding status ailment. You can also use your Time Fart Glitch to nullify an enemy’s turn. The cooldown for this ability is 3 turns so make sure to activate it only to interrupt significant enemy attacks like ranged AoEs, status ailments, or heals. Once the head chef has been taken out, the others will fall easy.

After the battle, you have to break through the barricade in the kitchen. Fart in front of Captain D to unlock your first Buddy Power, Diabetic Rage. You can use this power to call on Captain D to lift and flip heavy objects with the green base. To use this, enter Inspection Mode, hover the cursor to the object until you see the two hands icon. (If you have multiple buddy powers unlocked, you have to cycle through different power icons with Q and E keys) Press and hold the spacebar key to scan the object.

Stand in front of the buddy silhouette that will appear then press spacebar again to trigger the buddy power. For Diabetic Rage, you have to press the F key repeatedly until you reach full power and throw Captain D to rage. Once done, head to the next room full of cats. Destroy the objects on the left side to reveal a loot container. Next, push the cat cage all the way to the right, then use Time Fart Glitch to revert it to its original position, clearing the path for you.

There’s a boss battle ahead so make sure to craft healing items if you need some and make sure to also equip your best artifacts. When ready, head to the next room to corner Classi and trigger a short cutscene and a boss battle shortly after. Randy is alone but his HP pool, damage, and defense are all up the charts, making him a very formidable opponent. Status effects are a great way to deal extra damage and bypassing his defense. He also has this move that gives him two more consecutive turns, in which he’ll also suffer consecutive status ailment damage as long as they last. Heal using powers and items as necessary. Have Captain D tank the damage and keep your softer allies safe behind enemy lines to gang up on Randy and defeat him.

After a few more cutscenes, this long mission will finally be complete.
