This quest will become available after completing “Just Cause”. This time, Detective Harris will mark Token’s House as your next target. You’ll get the Police Hacking Device from him as well.

Head over to Dark Meadows estate and go through the gate. You won’t be able to get past the security guard hiding behind the bushes. The initial wave will pit you against the guard and three guard dogs. The guard won’t actively attack you and will stay in his immediate area so concentrate on taking out the dogs first.

After taking out at least two dogs, two more guards will arrive as reinforcements. During the New Kid’s following turn, the annoying alternate human kite will arrive and waste you turn as well. The two backup guards have ranged flashbang attacks that can damage and confuse allies hit by it. Avoid attacking the main guard for now and concentrate in getting rid of the two backup guards. Once they’re dealt with, heal up and focus your attacks on the main guard to defeat him.

Once the guard has been defeated, explore the yard for bags and containers. When ready, enter the house and quickly use the phone near the door to start the hacking mini-game. The first part is pretty simple; use the WASD keys to move the hacking device on the indicated hotspots before the time runs out. After that, you’ll have to move the landline unit to the hacking device to complete the sequence. You have to repeat this sequence three times to successfully disable the house’s security system.

Once the security system has been dealt with, loot the containers in the kitchen and obtain the Quesadilla Especial Recipe from the counter by the BBQ grill. Now go upstairs and check out the rooms for more component loot.

Enter Token's room to loot Token's Locker Combination and Tupperware Character Sheet from the drawer beside his bed.

The “kingpin” is found in the leftmost room. You’ll be forced in another easy battle against him. Defeat the kingpin then report back Detective Harris to complete the quest. You’ll also receive the Shield of Shining Eagle artifact.
