After the opening scene, you’ll get the chance to modify your character’s initial appearance. The difficulty slider is crudely represented by your character’s skin color. Once done, the game will start with your character in the toilet, with the toilet minigame. The mini-game is somewhat problematic for PC users since there will be instances that the Y button will not respond when pressed, while you’re holding the WASD and directional keypads in the keyboard. If that’s the case, you have to open Microsoft’s onscreen keyboard and press Y there. Those using a controller shouldn’t have problems with this minigame.
When you’re out of the house, join the battle then punch the first wave of enemies by pressing G or simply clicking on the target. You’ll be fairly overpowered in this battle and you’re just limited to using one move. Punch the enemies until they’re both defeated.
Continue moving to the right to find the next group of enemies. Punch one of them to gain combat advantage. In this fight, you’ll have an AoE (area-of-effect) power. Use your fart to damage the first two enemies then finish them off with punches. Use your fart power in case they line up in a vertical line.
After defeating the second wave of enemies, you’ll have to fight the dragon next. This time, the enemies will have the advantage and the first combat turn. When you get your turn, punch the first kid to finish him and deal knockback damage to the dragon. Next, the dragon will try using its fire breath. You have to move out of its AoE field then end your turn. The dragon’s fire breath should take out its friendly unit in front. On your next turn, use your Hammer of Heavenly Reign move to finish off the dragon instantly.
After the battle, you have to access the rooftop next. In the garage, punch the cracked boxes then drag the ladder in the middle of the cones then climb up to the attic to reach the rooftop. When you’re in the roof, slide down and immediately press spacebar to jump to the yard. Upon reaching it, a cutscene will play.
After the scene, head inside Cartman’s house. Take note of the containers or doors with the gold handles. These can be opened and looted for items. Leave the kitchen and try to open the door to the basement under the stairs. The door has an electronic lock so you’ll have to find the passcode first.
Go upstairs and enter Cartman’s room. Punch the cracked lampshade to find his journal. Read his journal and flip through the pages until you get the passcode. You can continue looting the other rooms and do the toilet mini-game (again, quite challenging for PC-keyboard users). When you’re ready, go downstairs and enter the keycode on the electronic lock to gain access to the basement.
Upon reaching the basement, a cutscene will play. After the scene, go downstairs and hit the rubik’s cube in a jar. Next, get the “Stafernisy Device” inside the tent and bring it to Cartman.
After that, take a seat and you’ll be able to select one of the three base classes. Each of them is pretty balanced and your character class will only affect the recommended party members you’re supposed to include as well as the artifacts and DNA mutations you’ll need to equip later on. Select any class you want to get started with your superhero persona and backstory. In this case, I opted to play as a Brutalisk.
During your backstory scene, you can deliberately **** off Cartman by not following his instruction. If you want to continue, stand in front of the mirror in the left side of your room to trigger the tutorial battle and learn about your selected class’ powers and attacks. Just follow Cartman’s instructions to take out the bad guys and finally get to unleash your ultimate attack. This attack will vary from different classes.
After the backstory scene, you’ll now be an official member of the Coon and Friends and the mission will be complete.
