Medicinal Fried Fiasco

For this mission, make sure you have completed “Alternate Universes Collide Again” since you’ll need Human Kite’s buddy power called “Fartkour” in order to reach some of the areas required to complete the mission.

Head to the alley

When you’re ready, to head to the Medicinal Fried Chicken but you’ll have to go through the alley first between D-Mobile and the Post Office along Main Street. As soon as you enter the alley, a group of Raisins Girls will ambush you. You’ll have to fend yourself against them alone. This group should be pretty manageable, as long as you’re considerably about the recommended might. It will help having ranged and multi-target attacks with status ailments. Don’t hesitate to heal up if necessary.

After taking out the first group, they’ll call in a literal big gun. You don’t have to worry since this fight will be a scripted one. The raisins girls will take the first turn and hit you hard. A cutscene will follow and the battle will be complete.

Gunblocked

After the scene, continue to the next street and head to the Medicinal Fried Chicken store. As you get near, the security systems will automatically activate, preventing you from accessing the store. Morgan Freeman’s apparition will appear once again to help you out in this ordeal. He’ll tell you to get the Cheesy Shrimparito recipe from the back of a nearby car.

Cheesy Shimparito Ingredients

The first ingredient will be tortillas, which you should already have in your inventory. Otherwise, you can buy some from Freeman’s Tacos. Next, you’ll have to get the Super Spicy City Shrimp. You can buy this from City Wok for $5.

Next, you’ll have to get Skeeter’s Roof-aged Cheese. As the name implies, this ingredient is found on the roof of Skeeter’s Wine Bar. To reach it, you’ll have to utilize Human Kite’s buddy power, Fartkour. There might be 6th graders waiting in a short distance to the left of the bar so you’ll have to dispose them first before you can use the power.

Once they’re dealt with, use inspection mode and move the cursor to the pinwheel. Toggle the buddy power icon to the kite icon then press and hold space bar. Now move to the buddy icon and press spacebar once again to activate the power. Press F at the right time to propel yourselves to the roof.

Loot the cheese from the seat. While you’re in that roof, you can take a selfie with Simon. Also, you can push the firecracker box all the way to the right then detonate it while it’s beside the air-conditioning unit. The ACU will fall to the dumpster below, revealing a mission item (Member Berry Farm Juicer Crank). This will also clear the path for you so you can use fartkour to reach the Jimbo’s roof to the right.

Do the same thing and examine the pinwheel then use fartkour to reach the CAF chest. Loot the Amazonian costume set from it. Talk to Human Kite again to use fartkour to go back to the ground. Don’t forget to get the Juicer Crank mission item from the dumpster as well.

New Timefart Unlocked

Head back to Medicinal Fried Chicken and craft the Cheesy Shimparito if you haven’t done it yet. When you get the prompt, eat it to unlock your new timefart, Pause. Press T then follow the onscreen key combinations to trigger a Timefart. This will pause time for 4 seconds, giving you enough time to push the lever up and disable the automated security system. Once done, head inside for a cutscene.

Sober Towelie Boss Fight

Coon will be your only ally in this battle. It will be better if you chose a class that has a healing skill so you can make last-minute changes before starting combat. This battle is a boss fight you don’t have to defeat Towelie since it will be impossible anyway. Your victory condition is to burn the four weed piles in the corners of the field. Thankfully, one of Towelie’s move will cause Burning status so when you get it, you just need to walk on the weed piles to light them up.

Have Cartman deal with the burning duty since he has good movement range. Make sure to have him consume food to recover his HP instead of attacking. The two store attendants can be a problem as well so make sure the New Kid deals with them. Status ailments will work well against them. Just don’t waste your turn attacking Towelie. He’s also immune to any status ailments, including Rage. Once the four weed piles are lit up, the battle will end automatically.

Finally, deliver the medication to Classi in Jimmy’s house to complete the mission.
