Head to the Freedom Pals HQ to start this main quest. After the cutscene, Dr. Timothy will unlock your full potential, giving you access to all classes and all skills. Replace the powers that you want to create your ultimate loadout (or just keep what works and complements your DNA and artifact loadout for now). This short mission will be completed afterward and you’ll have to move to find the Coon next.
