After leaving school, change to your costume then head to Jimmy’s house. Classi will not talk until you get her medication, which is tied to one of the next main story missions. For the meantime, Jimmy will take you to his room to unlock another one of your potentials, the DNA Mutation. Stand under the DNA Defibrillator to start the sequence.

You’ll receive three default mutations: HIgh Pain Threshold, Inhuman Accuracy and Mutant Strength. Select one mutation that further enhances your power loadout.You can unlock more mutations by defeating bosses and completing various missions. You can only have one mutation active at a time but you’ll have the freedom to change it anytime you want by accessing your smartphone’s Powers app. After selecting your preferred mutation, leave Jimmy’s house to continue with the story.
