Chapter 14: Sieging the Citadel

Fortified Citadel

Time Limit: 60:00

Victory Conditions: Seize the forward enemy fort and get Darios to the Castle Tower.

Defeat Conditions: Darios falls in battle.

Anna’s Condition: Defeat 1,000 enemies.

First Memento

After reaching 1,000 kills, Anna will appear in the field outside of S Hold Entry, near the treasure chest location as shown below:

Second Memento

This will become available after finishing the main story once, and obtainable only by replaying the mission in Hard or Lunatic difficulties.

Anna’s Condition: Seize control of all the forts on the way to the Castle Tower without Darios's HP falling below 80%.

This is easier in two-player mode since you need to have someone to babysit Darios and ensure that he doesn’t get damaged. The requirement is not to let his HP drop below 80% but in Hard mode, one normal enemy hit can take at least 30% of his HP so to ensure you meet this requirement, don’t allow any enemy to land a hit on him. Healing his damage won’t count towards this requirement as well so you have to ensure that he doesn’t get damaged at all.

When playing in single player mode, I’ll suggest trying this when you have overpowered weapons or overly-leveled characters that can easily eliminate enemies in a few hits. Dedicate a character with great crowd control skills so you can easily sweep off enemy forces ganging up on Darios so you can switch to him/her while taking over the enemy forts. After meeting the requirement, Anna will appear in the field west of N Hold Entry fort as shown below.
