Where I can find rayquaza in Pokemon sapphire?

I believe it was a place called Sky Pillar. Should be on a southern water route near the Pokemon League. Although, if memory serves, you can only go up the tower and attempt a capture by the time you're just ready to challenge the Elite Four. You'll need the bike as well. The one built for speed, not tricks. Good luck~

Start from Pacifidlog Town and surf to the right and stay near the top of the Route. You should see a twisting path way of rocks, follow them to a small flat of ground. This is the entrance to Sky Pillar, you will find Rayquaza at the top. Before you go in make sure you have the Mach Bike and a team of strong Pokemon. The ground in the tower will break as you walk over it, so you'll most likely have to try a few times with the bike to get to the top. I recommend that you save when you reach the start of each floor in case you fall.

You can looking for Rayquaza a tower called Sky pillar, you surf near some rocks and there will be a pattern go to through, to reach Sky Pillar. But you will need to defect the Elite 4.

To know whether the sky pillar is there or not, you should ask an old man in pacifidlog in a house who is standing n looking at a window, if he says he cn't see it, that means the sky pillar is not there.. If he says he can see it.., the sky pillar IS there...
