Can someone tell me which stones evolve which Pokemon in saphire?

I'll tell you which Pokemon evolves with which stone and I'll add only the Pokemon found in sapphire (no trades)
Fire Stone: Vulpix to Ninetales
Water Stone: Staryu to Starme, Lombre to Ludicolo
Thunderstone: Pikachu to Raichu
Leaf Stone: Gloom to Vileplume, Nuzleaf to Shiftry
Moon Stone: Jigglypuff to Wigglytuff, Skitty to Delcatty
Sun Stone: Gloom to Bellossom
The fire, water, thunder and leaf stones are obtained by exchanging chards.
The moon stone appears every Monday in Mt. Moon
And the sun stone in Mossdeep City (a man gives it to you)
