How do you get eevee without codes or trade?

You can't get Eevee without cheating or trading, sorry.

Wish to a falling star....Then you can't get it...Eevee can only be found on FR/LF/XD and Colluseum...meaning trading or cheating

It's simple, you can't you have to trade an eevee from a firered.

In order to get an eevee is by trading or code because on Sapphire and Ruby version you cannot get eevee you can get them on every other game except those to.

I am so mad I would beat flannery go to the firey path use strength and get a fire stone and get a flareon or get a water stone a get a vapreon I chose torchic so I would not get jolteon because swampert water/ground no!!!!!

Actually you can bud you need all 3 regis regiice registell and regirock look up how to get them first ...... Now go bake to the toome and in this order read the rocks left middle right top then bottomed now left top and bottom then righ middle now go bake to the rock formasons and 2 random eevee evolutions and an eevee will be ther along with 4 elemental stons to chose from I suggest you cach all the eevee evolosins first and see what eevee evolutions you don't have then chose yor stons but get a leval 20 30 and 40 and stoke up on grate balls befor each rock formason that's all ther is to it o and whate 5 minuts after you switch a side befor you read get the regis first

Apparently, it is possible to get Eevee in ruby and sapphire. After your encounter with Kyogre/Groudon, Pokemon from other regions begin appearing. Eevee can apparently be found at route 116, near Rustboro.
But I don't know if this is true, although I really hope it is.

You can get an eevee in Pokemon sapphire! Personally I use Umbreon as he is a stocky dark type! You breed both omg the police... Dang I gotta run!
