How do I get to lavaridge town? (4th gym)

To get to Lavaridge Town for the first time, you will have to first clear out Team Aqua from Mt. Chimney.
To get to Mt. Chimney, you will have to take the Cable Car on Route 112.
Once on Mt. Chimney, proceed North up the stairs past Team Magma and Team Aqua Fighting, then go West and defeat all the Aqua members. Afterwards, they all will flee.
Next, return to where you got off the cable car and proceed South by the woman selling Lava Cookies through Jagged Pass.
After finding the exit, proceed on a short walk west into the town.

Team aqua is blocking the cable car and in the mountain there is a big boulder that I can't move because you can't use strength out of battle till you beat the lavaridge gym -_-
