I can't get into the team aqua hideout because I need to find the boss, but where is he?
And how do I get those wailmer out of the way at the beach?

You need to go to Mt. Pyre(Rt. 122) and go to the top(outside), it will be foggy.
When you get to the top, you'll see Team Aqua members around an altar, and will steal the Red Orb, which you'll be too late to stop, but the people up there will ask you to get it back or things will be bad! You'll take the remaining Blue Orb. Now, go to Slateport City Harbor and speak to Capt. Stern about his trip. You won't be able to stop Team Aqua from stealing Stern' sub, though, so now you must return to the hideout in Lilycove, the guards will be gone and you can enter the hideout. Make sure to check out the 4 Pokeballs in the boss's office, 2 will be Electrodes and the others a Nugget and the MasterBall!
You still won't be able to stop Team Aqua just yet, though...
The Wailmer will get out of the way after you deal with things in the hideout-then you'll be able to travel east in the water from Lilycove.
The boss is in slateport go there and go north of the shipyard there will be alot of people outside go to the captain and there will be an interview once it is done team aqua steals the submarine go back to lilycove and in the cave get to the end and after that the wailmer will clear up (hin in that cave there is a masterball get it or youll be breaking your gameboy it's one of a kind unless you win the lottery or have an ar or gs)
Go to Slateport City and eavesdrop on the interview at the ferry terminal.
Team aqua boss is on mount pyre.
Beat aqua to get rid of wailmer.
I missed getting the masterball in team aquas secret base. Is there anyway to get back in or get another one after that? I forgot about it anf I used to have all 3 (rayquaza, cyoger, groudon) but my sister deleted my game. Now I got it on my phone
It won't let me go into team aquas hideout in the cave what doI do? I got the blue orb went to the ship yard but it won't let me in the cave
