How do you get to the moon, if you even can?

You cannot get to the moon sorry.
To get to the moon you have to wait until the rocket launch reaches 100 in mossdeep city and then the scientist will let you go to space. I don't know if this works or not but it is what I have heard.
Ummm, you actually need to get rocket launches to 200, sorry about that from the previous awnser. And to get that you must fully complete everything, like master rank in all contests, full party of lvl 100's complete pokedex, which is actually a waste of time, all you get is a certificate, and you dnt even get to keep it. And I'm not sure what else but I'm positive that thats what you have to do...........arrowz.......
You must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get leteos or lateis depending on your version then train then to level 67 then go to moosdeeb city and go to the spaes station. Talk to the guy that tells you how many times the roket has lachd and he will tell you if you want to go on and you will.if this doas not work then train it to lvl 77 yrust me in saw it on youtube.
doesnt work, ONLY way to get deoxys is by nintendo doing something to ur GBA game via an event. the rocket launches are 100% useless. ive beaten the elite 4 268 times and have 157hours of game play, number of launches is maxed out for me at 9999 wont go up any higher and a moon launch IS NEVER OFFERED at any point in the game.

WOW none of these works if you are told to release all your legendary pokemon and save near the white rock at mossdeep city, you wont get deoxys but you will lose all your legendaries, also the only way to get any legendaries is to go the a nintendo event or buy a gameshark
awnser, i have both ruby and saphhy, and i have both latios and the other, and it isnt offered in either, my launches is at 350. and he hasnt mentioned anything to me, my play time is 99hours, maxed,
Rockets do not work.. It says for me that: The rocket launched safely! That's successful launch no. 9999!

To get to the moon you need to have a latias or latios and train one of them to level 67 (77 if it doesn't work). And please people spell things correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have to release your legends and go to nasa and they will send you to the moon
Get to launch 1000
Ok this is a 7 step process.
1: go to mossdeep
2: talk to the fisherman in his house in the north
3: he will give you a moon rock (key items bag) **NOTE** this is different than a moon stone!
4: go to the Pokemon center and release all of your legendaries.
5: go to the white rock outside mossdeep
6: register your moon rock and keep pressing select
7: a scientist will come, and ask you if you want to go to the moon (say yes)
