Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is Iron Tail good?Because I have to choose between Metal Claw,Headbutt,Take Down to make way if Iron Tail is so good...

Iron Tail to good for Rock types, but has low accuracy. I don't really recommend it.

It depends. Is it for Aggron? If yeah then it depends on the aggron's nature if it is Rock Head use Take Down. Iron Tail is a risk low accuracy but it also can lower the pokemon's defense. Metal Claw sucks headbutt is alright.

Iron tail's damage is 100 amd it's accuracy is 75 andit has 15pp but metal claw's damage is 50 and it's accuracy is 95 andit has 35 pp, headbutt damage is 70 it's accuracy is 100 it has 15 pp, take down's damage is 90 accuracy is 85 and it has 20pp it's you choice but I would go withiron tail and forget metal claw

Iron tail is better than headbutt so I say you delete head butt and use it on iron tail
