I'm in kanto, I battled for of the gyms, but i cant get to pallet town to surf to cinnebar.
 
 I can't find the power plant piece.
 
 I can't find the gym leader of cerelean -
 
 I think its misty but she's not there!

ANSWERS

Go to the Power Plant in Cerulean City. Talk to the manager and then leave.

Go to the gym. Then leave and go to Nugget Bridge and beat the Rocket.

Then go back to the gym, and surf in the middle pool and press A.

Then after you find the part, go back and give it to the manager of the power plant. Then go to where's Bill grandpa is and Misty will return to the gym.

You can find the Powerplant piece in the gym. In the center of the water just keep pressing A.

Eventually you'll find it.

After this, you can find Misty with her boyfriend near Bill's grandpa's house on Cerulean Cape.

Misty is north of the city, by bill's granpa's house. If she is not there, you have not done something yet.

The power plant pice is in the gym. The is a patch of water surrounded by the walkway.

Stand on the walkway above the northwest patch of water. face it and click "a"

The Piece is Hidden in Misty's gym.(I think its in the middle, but I'm sure it's in the water.

Then go to the Nugget Bridge. A Rocket Grunt battles with you, then go to Bill's house and you meet Misty.

She goes to the Gym. Battle with her and you'll earn a Badge. Then go to Lavender town's Radio Tower and a man will give you EXPN card. Go to Diglett's cave, there's a huge POKÃMON(Snorlax).

Turn your Radio to PokÃ©Flute. Snorlax will awake. Catch it, and the Digglet's cave will open. Go Through and there's Pewter city.

Go south and there's Viridian(the Gym leader is Blue, but he's in Cinnabar and the Cinnabar Gym leader moved to Seafoam Islands) Go south and there's Pallet Town.
