How do you fix the power plant on silver?

You have to go to the gym misty is located in then you find a stuttering rocket who throws the piece into the water. (I think) or you have to go up the nugget bridge and fight the rocket then he tells you where he hid the piece at and it is at the gym.

Get the machine part from the pool in Misty's gym and take it to the power plant's manager.

when u first go into mistys gym a team rocket member will run out then go to the bridge above the town then talk to the team rocket member and he'll fight u when u beat him h'll tell u that he chucked into the small pool in mistys gym then use ur item finder to find it in the gym.

what is a item finder is it a dowsing machine

You should have the item finder in your pack. The item in the small pool is to the upper left.

Hey doesn't anyone here can tell me how to get suicune? Or am I able to get suicune without using Masterball?, sorry because I have just read it after I caught ho-oh.. Well I used the masterball coz I am really desperate to get it :p but how can I catch suicune or even articuno? Please help me thanks

First go to the gym in Cerulean City where you find a Team Rocket Member than follow him to the nugget bridge where you will fight him than go back to the gym and use your itemfinder to find the missing part of the generator than go back to the power plant and talk to the manager.
