So I added a gameshark cheat on my Pokemon gold emulator to catch a lavatar and now even when I delete the gameshark code from my emulator a lavatar keeps popping up in the grass. Its on an emulator on my android phone. Any suggestions to change it back?

I don't know if there is anything else you can do. There is always a risk when you use cheat / codes. I think your going to have to start a New Game, since you have already tried to delete the code.
Hope this helps!

I had same problem on my EVO 3D mewtwo was everyone's damn Pokemon , I just deleted the app without clearing data re downloaded and it.was.fine after GBC AD app
Same thing happened to me, I went to application manager in settings and then to my emulator and then clear cache and the cheat was no longer active! :]
Instead of removing the cheat just disable it, otherwise I think the emulator keeps it active even if it's removed already.
Delet the game and re donlaod it the cheat
shouldn't have any effects on the relaoded game
This happened to me on my galaxy s3 and I went to application manager and force stopped the app after deleting the cheat and when I opened the app again it was back to normal
Howdy! Will, my silver game was doing the same thing, and I took a while trying to fix it. I deleted the code, when I gave up and just decided to play a different Pokemon game on the same emulator. After a little while of playing, I decided to go back and try to play silver again, and when I did, it worked! So, try playing another game on the same emulator for a little while.
