I'm at Blackthorn city and i cant get to the gym its not letting me in, Im a dragon trainer too so please hold.

<BR>Oh and Togapie hatched but when I went to Prof. Elm he just keeps saying where is it.

1. Did you remove Team Rocket from the Radio Tower?

2. Show it to him in person at his lab!

You have to go to Goldenrod City and beat all of Team Rocket in te Radio Tower and then rescue the Director.

Then the gym will be opne.

Put Togepi in your party lineup and then show it to Elm.

Try having the togepi in you six pokemon and then go to him.

Then he'll let you raise it.

You cannot go into the gym until you drive away Team Rocket from the Radio tower.

Also, your radio isn't working yet. You can only hear Team Rocket's broadcast.

If Togepi is in your party, Elm will give you an Everstone, so withdraw Togepi and go to it!
