Pokemon Gold Questions

Hi, I don't know how this happened or what happened but for some reason I can't save my game anymore. Every time I save my game, I'll turn the gameboy back on and the only options I have is "New Game" and "Options". NO "CONTINUE"!!!!!! Is my game broken permanantly? Can I fix this problem? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

The game is busted. You must get a new one

This has happened to me as well, but I dont think there is a way to repair it.

It's either you stuffed your game up or it's a cheap version , meaning it's not made in japan

Well I'm sorry to break it to you but the effect is permanent. This had happen to my Crystal and Blue VErsion before. There is no way to fix it.

OK. The save file memory is controlled by a battery inside the game cartridge. To replace the battery, first, take the hexagonal screw* out of the back of the game. Remove the cover. The battery will be wrapped with yellow electrical tape. Remove the battery (be careful not to separate the metal from the game chip!!!) go get yourself a new battery and reattach the battery by wrapping it in electrical tape (+ side down and attached to the uppermost metal connector). Soldering works too, but why waste your time? And there you have it. You should be able to save your game

Your game is probably just a little dirty

This is a gareted way to save the game, because the same thing happened to me. Go to your pc in the poke mon center or anywhere else, and go onto bills pc. Click themove pkmn w/o mail. It says it has to be saved. Click ok and it will save. Trust me it works don't buy a new battery or game.

NO your games not there so you panicke...you get mad... You start to curse... You trie to kill with either a knife or hammer...

Ok you done yet... Next press start, select, A, B, WOW YOUR GAME IN A WAY TURNED OFF but 1 prob you can't turn it off because your file will be deleted but LOOK youre gamed is saved here is the tip.

AKA you can never turn of your game again

Rules ...youre game will be on the rest of it's teriable life so wene youve done the trick turn of little light if a GBA SP, turn off sound, close topp if SP,
And plugg intoo charger ther you can save your game.

The bad stuff is you can't turn it off you can't realy yous it one a battery running gba or gb and you can't do the duplication cheat.

The reasons this happens too some faster the all is

1. You youse the dup cheat it watse the battery 18% more faster

2. Sorry but your game is antint AKA the first

3. You got a crummy version

4. If you can't bare to never turn it off you can get a new battery
RLULES you need a hexagonal screw for the back. 2 you need some yellow electric tape 3 you take out the battery take of tape look for the type of battery at a battrye store 4 replace the battery by wrapping it in electic tape and putting it back in 5 place back on with the screw. ENJOY

I have talked too some people form the copany don't ask how. They told me this trick so don't blame me blame them becase they are smarter than you think

Ps don't sell a game that don't save it's a cheapscape scam and is not nice
