I've been buying and saving up a whole load of Protein, Iron, Calcium and Carbos and started using them to strengthening two of my pokemon.
The first was a freshly caught level 7 Pidgey and the other was my starter Pokemon, Cyndaquil which I trained up to level 33. I'm aware that it varies sometimes depending on the Pokemon, but on average the most you can give of any particular item (like the ones mentioned) would be ten.
Anyway, I topped off both of the Pokemon with all the items (I gave them both ten of each item) but I noticed that the Pidgey's stats didn't seem to improve very much at all. I've got loads more Pokemon to 'upgrade' and want to make sure that I don't waste anymore of the VERY expensive items so here is the question:
Would I be right in thinking that the items have a more potent effect on stats, if the level of the Pokemon it is used on is higher? Like; The higher the level, the higher the stat increase?
