Hi, my brother had a file on this, and hes very far, but this morning he turned it on and it says "TIME NOT SET" and when he pressed continue it says "The save file is corrupted!" does this mean he has to start a new game? By the way, what game is it where the pikachu follows you around? Thanks

Yes...he need's to start a new game..if this glitch continues..i suggest that get a new game..buy a new one. It's Yellow! Pikachu is your first Pokemon and you get the rest of the team later on in the game.

That happens when you turn off the game while it's savin'. My bro did that too. It shoud have just taken him back to his previous save post. Have him type in the time again an' it should be fine. Make sure he isn't turnin' the GB off while it's savin' or it will keep glitchin'.

He must have turned off the game while he was saving then his file became corrupt so you will have to start a new game sorry

1. It's either you have to start a new game or you're just not lucky enough. It used to happen on me and they asked me to set it. But it will get more corrupt.
2.the version is Pokemon yellow. Where you can also encounter a deadly glitch Pokemon named missingno.
