Hey the how to get Eevee thing worked (always) but remember the shrine in Ilex Forest? You get the Steel or Rainbow Wing (depends on if you have Gold or Silver). You go back to Tojho Falls and go to Ilex Forest. (right next to Azela Town) Place the Steel or Rainbow Wing in the shrine and a Celibi (Seribi) LV.30 will attack you.

NOTE: You may only do this once so I suggest you save right before you place in the Steel or Rainbow Wing. If you KO the Celibi (Seribi) you can turn it off, turn it back on, place the Steel or Rainbow Wing in again, and Celibi (Seribi) will attack.

K, apple from pallet, I saw your post and I have a question. How do you place the Steel Wing in the shrine? I can boot it up to use it on a Pokemon or they can hold it but how do I let it go? Please help
