Sun stone you can win when you get first place at the bug catching contest. The rest you get from bills grandpa up in the cape where misty's gym is located by showing him a certain Pokemon he describes. The everstone you can get from a # of Pokemon when you catch them and people.

You get sun stone from the bug contest, you get loads from bill north of cerelean once you get his pokemon.

In cerulean city there lives bills grandfather. If you show him the Pokemon he describes then he will give you that Pokemon element in stone.
The Pokemon are lickitung, oddich, staryu, pichu and I think growlithe.
