Help me please - I've beaten the Elite 4 and all the Johto Gym leaders but I'm having some difficulty now that I'm on Kanto.

I havent played this in ages, but if I remem correctly, it is right of cerelean (mistys place), and you need cut.

Route 10. When you enter from Route 9 you'll see a narrow ravine leading southward. Use Surf and go to the end of the ravine, where the Power Plant sits.

Go West from the city where Misty lives "the second gym leader in Kanto" and you will fine a little tree,cut it down and follow the path and surf down the water and you will find the power plant.

Go right from cerulean city and chop down the tree. From there go far right until you get to water. Then surf down and the power plant will be on the left.
