Hi I just ran into the guy that stoled the part at the power plant and he said he threw it into the bottom of Gym Leader Misty's Gym , How do I get it.

Go into the gym, go to the little square, and in one of the four spots, think top left, is the machine part

Fish in the square area of water ( the middle bit of the gym), I think it's the bottom right most part of the square

Go around the pool and keep pushing the A button around it.

See the section of the boardwalk across the Cerulean Gym's pool that forms a square? Use Surf in that square and press A whilst doing so and you'll find the Machine Part in there.

It is in the little square in the middle of the gym and if you surf in it you should fine it easy.

In the middle of the room theres a square swim in it and press A at the corners of it till you find it.
