1. what level dose Pidgeotto evolve on?

I've never given my answer to anyone on how to catch the ledgendary dogs but i will for you.

First catch a Jynx in ice path and train it to umm... at least 50 make sure it has lovely kiss and mean look. Also have a lot of ultra balls.

Now put your jynx at the frount and when you see a dog make it use mean look (it should be fast enough at level 50) now this means it can't escape.

Then use lovely kiss making it go to sleep, now go easy on it making sure you don't make it faint and use ultra balls like mad.

It worked for me and I never even had to use a single master ball how about that!!!

Pidgey at level 18 and Pidgeotto at level 36. But no pokemon will evolve in the daycare.

To get the dogs, use a ghost that knows hypnosis at level 39(or an electrode that knows spore, which is better) and use repel where you're pokedex says they are(look out, because they walk around).

When you see one, use hypnosis and then night shade 3 times(more will KO it) then switch to a high-level scizor or scyther that knows false swipe and use it until the dog has 1 hp and throw a speed, ultra or heavy ball.

Mean look doesn't work because they will use roar so your pokemon will flee.

I think Pidgeotto evolves at level 36 and I can't help you with the rest.

if i put my pidgeotto in the daycae and he got past lvl 18 will he still evolve?
