Hey can someone please tell me what a good strong team is because i'm planning on starting a new game but I don't know what I should have so if someone could suggest some good Pokemon I would be grateful

To get all startes start new DO NOT SAVE IT the game for sample it you started with fire one you need water and grees startes when you start a new game when get up to where you can catch a Pokemon.

Put the starter in the pc for cloing cheat then go on you oriny game you with have the Pokemon the in the pc put it in yu party then save the game does this agin for the other starter.

WARNING.
When you do this cheat if you have Pokemon in you pc tere be gone and the starter you did for cheat will be in there insteed of the Pokemon that was in there there so only relly do it at the beg relly or if you got no good Pokemon in there.

Note. Only the Pokemon in the pc will be gone be careful so if you just stared this game if you picked the fire you need water and gress so sample do it with water then put in party then save then do it with gress then you have all startes pokemon.

Starters and legendaries are overrated. Use them if you must, but make sure your team is balanced. Avoid redundant types and attacks whenever possible.

I'm not in the mood to give a full answer now, but go to serebii.net and look for their articles. They contain very useful tips about the do's and don't's of team-making; you can find a much better answer there than I could give you.

If you want a novel team, you could get asll three starters through the glitch.

Alternatively, I reccomend finding a strong Pokemon for each of these types, and training them:

Fire,
Electric,
Water,
Rock/ground,
Psychic,
Flying

If you have one of each of those types, you will OWN all.

I'm not so sure what kind of "strong team" you mean, but there are no "strong team", because every Pokemon will have their own weakness and it was balance. If you really want to know then I can only recommend you to have the cyndaquil from the begining. Because it will evolve into typhlosion which will able to learn TM 41 - tunder punch (don't ask me why, because I also wonder how come it can learn that skill)& TM 26 - earthquake which can make your typhlosion become the killer.
