I have heard peole talkign about getting Pokemon to levels higher than 100 how is this possible??

It isn't, there was the rumour that you could Snorlax to level 150, but it's not true without a cheat device.

You can't train your Pokemon over 100+,only up to 100.

No it's not possible. The only time you could catch a Pokemon higher than lv 100 was Missingo on Red and Blue, but when caught screwed up the entire game.

Only in the blue red and yellow versions the glitch works.
